The Unviersity of Evansville athletics department and AcesTV announced the 2011-12 video streaming packages on Friday. The video streaming schedule will kick off on Saturday, as both the UE men's and women's basketball teams will take to the court at the Ford Center for the very first time. The women's team will battle Oakland City at 1 p.m. on Saturday, while the men's team will take on DePauw in exhibition action at 4 p.m.
The AcesTV video feed will include the video camera feed of the Ford Center jumbotron, which actually caused the delay in the release of the schedule, as the University of Evansville athletics department wanted to ensure that a feed was possible before announcing the full schedule. UE also had to wait on the Missouri Valley Conference television schedule, as games on the MVC Network packages can not be streamed via the internet.
Prices for the streaming packages remain the same as a year ago, with the men's streaming package priced at $39.95, while the women's season pass is available for $34.95. The men's streaming schedule will feature coverage of 15 of UE's home contests, while the women's streaming package will include 13 of Evansville's 14 home dates.
