Beeler Center 

• Beeler Hours 
  • Monday – Friday 8am – 5pm 

  • Night Hours 

    • Sunday, Monday, Tuesday 7pm - 10pm 

• Food is not allowed in the Beeler Center. Do NOT attempt to sneak food in, you are not as sneaky as you think you are. Water bottles and sports drinks are allowed.  
• Telephone and FaceTime calls are not permitted in the Beeler Center. If you need to take a quick call that will only last a minute or two, step out into the hallway to take it. If the call will be longer than a couple of minutes, be sure to sign out before you leave.  
• Leaving through the back door and disappearing for long periods of time will result in your time being deleted. Please be responsible and only sign in when you actually plan on being in Beeler. If you need to leave Beeler for more than a couple of minutes, either sign out or speak with the Director of Compliance & Student-Athlete Services.  
• Study Table hours are between 8 AM -5 PM, Monday through Friday. Evening hours are offered from 7 PM – 10 PM on select evenings.  
• Sunday is considered the first day of the week for Beeler study-table hours. If you attend study-table hours on a Sunday evening, you will be earning hours for the new week. The last opportunity to get study-table hours for a given week is Friday.  
• You must stay for at least 30 minutes every session for your time to count.  
• At least 50% of your required weekly study-table hours need to be earned during regular business hours (8AM-5PM). A maximum of 50% of your required study-table hours can be earned during evening hours.  
• If you are using tutoring or supplemental instruction (SI) to supplement required study time in Beeler, please be sure to communicate that with your head coach. You will be required to provide an attendance sheet proving that you were at supplemental instruction or tutoring. See the Director of Compliance for the attendance sheet that you can use to document your SI and tutoring hours.  
• The only university apparel allowed is University of Evansville. You are an ACE, act like it! 
• Please help keep Beeler clean. Pick up trash, paper and other items from the floor and off the tables.
