With the ever changing landscape of college athletics, keeping up with the rules and rule interpretations of the NCAA is one of the most important jobs in the athletics department.  At the University of Evansville, the athletics department is fortunate to have Senior Associate Athletics Director and Senior Woman Administrator Sarah Solinsky at the head of UE's Compliance and Student Services Department.

Solinsky helps to keep the coaches and student-athletes of UE's 17 Division I sports within compliance, and are always willing to assist both coaches and student-athletes with understanding the many NCAA rules.

Knowing the rules is not only important for UE's athletic department personnel, coaches, and student-athletes, but also for its boosters and supporters.  That is why the University of Evansville compliance department has created a list of rules and tips for supporters to help them better understand some of the NCAA's rules.
