EVANSVILLE, Ind. – Coming off its first Missouri Valley Conference victory of the year, the University of Evansville men's soccer team returns to Arad McCutchan Stadium to take on Central Arkansas at 6 p.m. on Tuesday.
Evansville (7-7-1, 1-3-1 MVC) closed-out last week with a 1-0 win over Drake in Des Moines. Senior midfielder Ian McGrath broke the deadlock in the 65th minute on a header off an assist by junior defender Eric McDougal. The goal was McGrath's ninth of the season and 23rd of his career.

Central Arkansas enters Tuesday's matchup with a 7-8 overall record and a 5-1 mark in MVC play as the Bears sit first in The Valley standings. Evansville leads the all-time series with Central Arkansas, 7-2-1, but the Bears have captured two straight wins in the series. In last year's matchup, Central Arkansas grabbed a 2-0 victory over the Aces in Conway, Arkansas.
