3/2/2017 11:21:00 PM

CARBONDALE, Ill. – The men's swimming and diving team continued the 2017 MAC Championship today with more season best times.

"I am very excited for Miguel. He did a great job of diving today and helped score some valuable points," said head coach Rickey Perkins. "I am also happy with the 200 freestyle relay. The guys swam a season best time. Overall it was a decent first day. We had a lot of best times and we are a little better at this point in the meet that we were last year. Our goal for tomorrow is to be better than what we were today."

Sophomore diver Miguel Marcano led the Aces with a 16th place finish in the 1-Meter with a final score of 200.95 to earn points for Evansville.
