The Purple Aces (8-33) are coming off a doubleheader sweep at the hands of Dallas Baptist in the Lone Star State this past weekend. However, before that UE hammered the Skyhawks' Ohio Valley Conference rivals from Belmont last Wednesday, 9-1. UT-Martin (10-34) dropped two of three games in their weekend series against Eastern Illinois.
Aces Head Coach Wes Carroll will send out junior RHP Austin Allinger (1-3, 5.40 ERA) to start against the Skyhawks. UT-Martin will counter with Dalton Westfall (0-3, 14.58 ERA). Â
The game will be streamed online on WatchESPN. First pitch at Braun Stadium is at 6 p.m.
