The UE Spirit Squad is in attendance at every Purple Aces' men's and women's home basketball game and at various other UE athletic contests. They entertain and delight the crowd with their athleticism and energy, while also leading the fans in rooting for the Purple Aces.
The UE Spirit Squad does much more than just cheer on the Purple Aces, however, representing the University and the athletics department in both the community and in national and regional competitions throughout the years. The UE cheerleaders take part in various University events and have assisted with numerous community programs throughout the years.

click here. The UE Spirit Squads are chosen by open tryouts, usually conducted at both the beginning and end of each academic school year**. Below is a tryout waiver that must be filled out for tryouts.
