EVANSVILLE, IN – Women's diver Courtney Coverdale will compete in the NCAA Zone C Diving Championship Friday afternoon at Indiana University. She will be competing among the top divers in the Midwest. The women's 1-meter quarterfinal is slated to begin at 1 p.m. EST.
 
In the Missouri Valley Conference Championship, the junior took the 1-Meter title with a score of 275.35, the first diving championship title Evansville has received. In addition to six MVC Diver of the Week titles this season, Coverdale was named MVC Diver of the Year upon the championship's conclusion. She attained the Zone C qualifying score three times this season.
