EVANSVILLE, Ind.—The University of Evansville tennis team will host Creighton and Wichita State in two conference matches this weekend. The Aces will meet the Bluejays on Friday and the Shockers on Saturday. Both matches are scheduled for a 1 p.m. start.

The Aces are coming off of a split over the weekend with Northern Iowa and Drake. The Aces stunned Northern Iowa, and freshman Theadora Kotsiou clinched the 4-3 win with her singles victory at number three. Both Kotsiou and sophomore Kate Chybowski were 4-0 in their weekend matches with two singles victories each and combining to win both of their doubles matches. Kotsiou has now won her last 12 straight singles matches to improve to 12-1

The Aces are 8-6 on the season with a 1-2 record in the Missouri Valley Conference. Creighton enters the match at 12-5 overall with a conference record of 1-3.
