College Baseball Lineup Release 2011 Preseason All-American Teams

Greg Wallace, a senior outfielder on the University of Evansville baseball team, has been chosen by College Baseball Lineup (formerly Ping!Baseball) as a third-team pre-season All-American.

Last season, Wallace earned ABCA All-Midwest Region second-team honors after producing one of the best offensive seasons in UE history. The Nanaimo, British Columbia native either broke or tied Evansville's single-season records for hits (tied-91), triples (broken-13), and RBIs (broken-75), while hitting a team-best .371. He also was a first-team all-Missouri Valley Conference outfielder and MVC All-Tournament team selection who started all 59 games for Evansville in centerfield.

Wallace enters the 2011 season riding a seven-game hitting streak when the Aces open play February 18 with a three-game series at Memphis.
