After winning the doubles point 2-1, the singles players for the University of Evansville tennis team took command and never looked back Saturday against Butler University at UE's Carson Center courts. After several dominating performances, the Aces sealed their eighth win of the season with a 6-1 victory. After dropping their opening Missouri Valley Conference match yesterday to Southern Illinois, the Aces regrouped and Kate Chybowski, Dora Kotsiou, Pin Sorensen, Aleksandra Dzakula, and Carolyn Caire won in singles. The doubles teams of Chybowski/Kotsiou and Caire/Dzakula also won.

The Aces return to MVC action Friday when they take on the Bradley Braves at Peoria, Ill. and then play Illinois State the next day in Bloomington, Ill.
