Former University of Evansville basketball player Kwame James is making news again.  He gained national attention in December, 2001 when he helped subdue shoe bomber Richard Reid on an American Airlines flight to Miami.  Today, the man who helped lead the Purple Aces to the 1999 NCAA Tournament is the subject of an Associated Press story because he recently became an official American citizen.  James was recipient of the 2002 Missouri Valley Conference Most Courageous Award.
