For the second week in a row, University of Evansville senior Kate Chybowski is the Missouri Valley Conference Women's Tennis Player of the Week.  Chybowski won both of her matches at number one singles and both at number one doubles along with Dora Kotsiou last week against Butler and IUPUI. In doing so, she broke the University of Evansville career records for singles victories and total victories. Chybowski is now 98-28 in singles and 174-72 in total victories, including singles and doubles. UE Hall of Famer Karen Black set both records in 1999, with 97 singles wins and 173 total victories.  The third major career record is 86 doubles victories, set by Beth Peyton in 2006. Chybowski has 76 doubles wins with a minimum of 11 matches remaining.

Coach Nick Mueller's Aces are 6-3 in dual matches this year.  They are off until March 10, when UE plays at UNC Wilmington.
