JACKSONVILLE, Fla. – Versus Jacksonville, the University of Evansville baseball team could not get a full game in Wednesday evening, as rain stopped play heading into the fifth inning. The Aces trailed 6-2 at the time, but since five innings were not completed, the contest does not go into the books and all stats are void.

Evansville (5-5) heads further south to Tampa, taking on the University of South Florida for a three-game series starting Friday. First pitch Friday is scheduled for 6:00 p.m. CST and Saturday’s doubleheader starts at 3:00 p.m. CST.
