Coaches Clinic Flyer
EVANSVILLE, Ind. – University of Evansville head volleyball coach Manolo Concepcion has announced that he will be hosting a Volleyball Coaches Clinic next month.
Set for Monday, August 5, the clinic will run from 6 p.m. through 9 p.m. and will take place at the Carson Center on the UE campus. Cost for attendees is $50. To register, please visit the Evansville Volleyball Facebook page and fill out the form.

It will focus on several aspects of coaching beginning with the preparation of periodization plans for teams and individual athletes. They will be scientific plans that will be the same format used in international leagues in many parts of the world.
Concepcion will explain how to create a competitive practice environment by measuring performance as well as going in to great detail on training the setter with keys and drills to develop precision and decision making.
Entering his first year at the helm of the Aces program, Concepcion brings in a great deal of coaching experience, which includes seven seasons as a collegiate coach as well as experience as both a men's and women's coach in the Superior League, which is one of the top 10 professional leagues in the world.
Concepcion owns National Coaching Certification at Level I, II and III (FPVB) as well as a International Coaching Certificate (FIVB). He played at the college level at Concordia College as well as three club teams, the Puerto Rico National Team and a professional stint with Caribes de San Sebastian.
