EVANSVILLE, Ind.--University of Evansville senior cross country runner Kelby Jenkins has been selected as the first Vectren Student-Athlete of the Week for the 2013-14 academic season, after winning the individual title at this past weekend's Mid-America Opener hosted by UE.  Jenkins cruised to the individual title in a time of 14:49 to top the field which included runners from Louisville, Indiana State and Oakland City.  For her efforts, Jenkins was also tabbed as the Missouri Valley Conference's Female Runner of the Week on Tuesday.
