EVANSVILLE, Ind. – Due to unplayable field conditions, the University of Evansville baseball weekend series against Oakland has been cancelled.
 
The Purple Aces (4-2) will play at #1 Vanderbilt next Tuesday, March 3. First pitch is scheduled for 4:00 p.m. at Hawkins Field.
 
UE is back at home on Friday, March 6 for a weekend series against Western Illinois. The four game set begins with the series opener at 6:00 p.m on Friday. The teams will then have a doubleheader on Saturday, March 7 at 1:00 p.m. and the series finale on Sunday, March 8 at 1:00 p.m. All games will be held at Braun Stadium in Evansville, Ind.
