Third baseman Jonathan Ramon continues his season-long blog of the UE Baseball season, recapping the team's last week of games and the Aces' weekend series at Indiana State:

Good morning Aces Fans! Welcome to this week's edition of Aces Tape.
 
Last week, our UE Baseball team went 2-2 at home with wins against Murray State on Wednesday and #18 Dallas Baptist on Sunday.
 
Being able to take the final game of our first conference series on Sunday was a huge step for us. Although we lost the series, our team overcame adversity and obstacles. We came to the yard Sunday with a positive mentality that helped create a win.
 
We then hit the road Wednesday to play SIUE, digging deep to come out with a victory. Down 2-0 in the top of the ninth, we continued to put together quality at-bats. We believed in the next person up and eventually pushed through to score four runs. It was an incredible come-from-behind win.
 
We are looking to continue this momentum into the weekend for a series at Indiana State. The team is going into Terre Haute, Indiana playing a quality opponent and a conference rival.
 
You know what is a great thing about playing at Indiana State? It is not too far away from Evansville!
 
Hopefully many of you are able to come up and support the team this upcoming weekend! If you are not able to make the trip, I know you will be cheering us on from back home. The support is highly appreciated!
