EVANSVILLE, Ind. - The University of Evansville women's soccer team concludes its two-match road swing with a trip to Illinois State at 7 p.m. on Saturday night in Normal, Illinois.
Last week, Evansville fell to UNI, 3-1, on Saturday afternoon in Cedar Falls, Iowa. The Aces held the Panthers scoreless in the first half, the ninth-time Evansville had done so this season. After falling behind by a goal in the opening minutes of the second half, UE battled back to equalize the match at one before the Panthers sealed the victory with two more goals.

Aces Game Notes
Saturday's match marks the 27th all-time meeting between the Aces and Redbirds with Illinois State holding a 15-8-3 advantage in the series. The Redbirds have won six of the last seven matchups in the series with Evansville's last win over Illinois State coming on October 25, 2015 when the Aces captured a 2-1 overtime victory over the Redbirds in Normal, Illinois. Illinois State enters the match on a three-game win streak with a 6-5-2 overall record and a 0-1 mark in MVC play.
