EVANSVILLE, Ind. – A trip to northeast Ohio is up next for the University of Evansville men's golf team as the Purple Aces travel to Westlake, Ohio for the Tom Tontimonia Invitational on Monday and Tuesday.
Lakewood Country Club will be the host course with 36 holes taking place on Monday with the final 18 set for Tuesday. A shotgun start will commence the action each day at 9:15 a.m. ET. Par is 71 with the final yardage coming in at 7,022.

Eleven teams are slated to participate including: Cleveland State (host), Dayton, Detroit Mercy, Evansville, Green Bay, Northern Kentucky, Oakland, Purdue Fort Wayne, Robert Morris, Wright State and Youngstown State.
Evansville is coming off of its best outing of the season as the team came home in fourth place at the NKU Fall Collegiate Classic while freshman Dallas Koth led the way, tying for second place on the individual side. Koth carded a 72 in the final round. His 3-round total of 213 was three behind RMU's Chase Miller, who was the medalist. For his effort, Koth was named to the All-Tournament Team. He also garnered MVC Men's Golfer of the Week accolades.
UE clinched three of the top 11 positions with Noah Reese placing second on the team. His final round of 72 saw him take 10th place with a 219. One stroke behind him was Matthew Ladd. His final round total of 75 gave him a 220 for the event, tying him for 11th.
