JACKSONVILLE BEACH, Fla. – With one round complete in the 2021 Don Benbow Invitational, University of Evansville golfer Sophia Rohleder sits atop the leaderboard entering Tuesday's final round.
Opening Round Results
Rohleder carded a 4-over 75 on Monday to lead all individuals by three strokes. She leads a trio of contenders who are tied for second place, including UE freshman Mallory Russell. Her first-round tally of 78 has her tied for second with Butler's Ally Ross and Erica Kerr of Southern Illinois.

Allison Enchelmayer is third on the UE squad. She shot an 84 on Monday and was closely followed by Alyssa McMinn, who registered an 85 and is tied for 17
th. Caitlin O'Donnell finished the first round with a 92. Carly Frazier wrapped up the opening 18 holes with an 89 as an individual.

Butler leads the team standings by three strokes over the Purple Aces. The Bulldogs finished with a 319 while UE checked in with a 322. Southern Illinois and Eastern Michigan are also within striking distance. The Salukis completed the first round with a 323 while EMU sits in fourth place with a 327.
