SEVIERVILLE, Tenn. – Carson Parker recorded the top finish for the University of Evansville men's golf team as they completed the Bobby Nichols Intercollegiate on Tuesday at Sevierville Golf Club.
Final Results
Playing as an individual, Parker carded a 5-over 77 in the third round to finish the tournament with a score of 223. He finished tied for 24th in the final standings.

Finishing one stroke behind him and in a tie for 26th was the duo of Daniil Romashkin and Isaac Rohleder. Romashkin recorded a 79 in the final 18 holes to pace the team with a 224. Rohleder competed as an individual and shot a 77 in round three to match Romashkin's score.

Evansville's third individual - Masatoyo Kato - tied for 32nd. After shooting a 74 in each of the first two rounds, he posted a 77 in round three to complete the event with a 225.

Nicholas Gushrowski tied for 43
rd while ranking second on the Purple Aces team. Tuesday's score of 76 game him a 227 for the weekend. Michael Ikejiani finished the tournament with an 80 to post a 3-round tally of 228. He finished in 50
th.

Henry Kiel posted an 83 in the final round to finish the tourney with a 235 while Luke Schneider had a 239 after carding a 79 in round three.

Carson-Newman took top team honors with a score of 857. They defeated North Georgia by 20 strokes. Evansville came home in 10
th with a 910. Will Chambless of North Georgia was the medalist. A 2-under 70 saw him complete the tournament with a 203. He finished eight strokes in front of his nearest competition.

This weekend, the men travel to Richmond, Ky. for the Colonel Shootout. It is a 1-day event on Sunday.
