JOIN THE ACES '93 CLUB
EVANSVILLE, Ind. – The University of Evansville women's soccer program has announced the creation of the "Aces '93" booster club to help provide supplemental resources for supporting the UE women's soccer program.
The name "Aces '93" reflects the program's history, as the 1993 season was the first season of women's soccer on the University of Evansville campus. The "Aces '93" club featured tiered giving levels beginning at the $50 "Starter" level and going from "All-Conference" to "All-Region" all the way to "All-American" giving status. The proceeds from "Aces '93" go directly to the UE women's soccer program and help offset costs such as equipment for the student-athletes, as well as updates to both the game and training areas for the Purple Aces.
"With the support of the 'Aces '93' club, we will be able to provide our student-athletes with the tools needed both on and off the field to continue to make the UE women's soccer program one of the best in the Missouri Valley Conference," said UE head coach Chris Pfau.
Since its inception in 1993, Evansville has been one of the most successful programs in Missouri Valley Conference history. UE owns parts of seven regular-season championships, while also winning the MVC Tournament a league-best seven times.Â
