Biography

2007:  Ran in six of UE’s eight meets as a redshirt sophomore...continued to improve on the course, trimming nearly five minutes off of her best 5K time from 2006...posted a season-best 5K time of 21:37.15 at the UE Invitational...also set a new personal standard in the 4K at the Mid-America Opener (20:36.76)...finished 22nd overall at the Tennessee Tech Invite.

2006:  UE’s Most Improved Runner...competed in six of UE’s eight meets...cut over two minutes off of her 5K time during the season...finished the year with three-straight season-best times, including a mark of 26:16.10 at the UE Invite.

2005:  Redshirted due to injury.

Background:  Lettered three years in track, two in cross country, and one year in volleyball at Perry Meridian...slowed by an off-season leg injury as a senior...helped the Falcons to a sectional championship in 2003...a movement science major.

Why UE?:  I wanted a small school that was far enough away I could work on my independence.
