Fall 2007: Led the Aces with a 74.33 average...8th of 84 at Skyhawk Classic with 3-over-par 219 (73-75-71)...15th of 70 at Southern Showdown with 13-over-par 229 (76-79-74).

Spring 2007:  UE’s top finisher at MVC Championships, placing 16th in a field of 45 (73-73-79–225)...19th out of 83 at BSC Spring Invitational (70-85-72–227), and 22nd of 62 at North/South Intercollegiate (77-74–151)...averaged 75.18 in the spring.

Fall 2006: Team leader at the John Dallio Memorial, finishing 30th out of 75 (77-74-74–225)...UE co-leader at the Rex Chaney Eagle Classic, placing 12th in a field of 54 (73-75-72–220)...averaged 75.15 in the fall.

Spring 2006:  Shot even-par 144 (73, 71) to finish 7th out of 79 at Grub Mart-Young Oil Intercollegiate...also played in duel against St. Louis (82) and in Billiken Invitational (79-79-78–236).

Fall 2005: 54th out of 70 at Piper Intercollegiate (74-80-76–230)...shot 81 at UE-USI Challenge.

Background:  Matthew Ryan Hunsaker...born Sept. 19, 1987 in Henderson, Ky...son of Greg and Lisa Hunsaker...has one younger sister...one of the top high school players in Kentucky...fifth place finisher at Kentucky high school state tourney...two-time winner of Hancock Co.
