2008: Played and started in all 46 games at shortstop…led the team in assists with 100…second on the team with nine sacrifice bunts…finished the season with 29 hits and 16 RBI in 126 at bats…hit a triple and drove in three runs in the Aces’ second game of the season at New Mexico…had two hits in three at bats with two RBI against Arkansas-Pine Bluff on February 23…went 2-for-2 with two of the Aces’ three hits against Southern Illinois on April 9…was 3-for-4 with two runs scored in the Aces’ win over Bradley on April 26.

2007:  Started in 51 of her 52 appearances...was second on the team with 51 hits…had four home runs, eight doubles, three triples, and 19 RBI…was 3-for-4 with two RBI against Miami (Ohio).

2006: Started in all of her 48 appearances...finished 5-for-7 in stolen base attempts...recorded eight doubles, two triples and two home runs in 34 hits...had winning RBI in win over Creighton...had a home run for two RBI versus Wichita State.

High School:   A 2005 Heisman Athlete...named third team all-state as a sophomore, second as a junior, and first-team as a senior..the Herald Bulletin Player of the year...named to the academic all-state honorable mention...a two-time letterman in basketball, three-time letterwinner in volleyball, and four-time in softball.

Personal:  Amanda Marie Ockomon...born September 21, 1986...daughter of Kris and Ann Ockomon...majoring in accounting.
