2009 – Played in 10 games in the UE outfield, with nine starts...Hit .206 with a key RBI double in UE’s 4-3 win at #25 Illinois (5/6)...Had a career-high three hits vs. SIU-Edwardsville (5/3)...Nine of his 10 games in the outfield (and all nine starts) came after 5/2...Also made 16 appearances on the mound with four starts...Went 2-1 with a 9.40 ERA...Ranked third on the team with 8.19 Ks/9 IP, as he struck out 27 men in 29.2 innings of work...Earned his first career start at #10 Pepperdine, scattering a run on three hits (3/7)...Struck out a career-high five men in 3.2 innings of work while earning his first career win vs. Austin Peay (4/8)...Also earned a mound victory at Kentucky, tossing 2.0 solid innings of relief work (4/22)...Led the pitching staff by holding opponents to a .194 average with two outs (6-for-31).

2008 – Played in 31 games with 23 starts in both the outfield and at DH...Primarily saw action in right field for UE...Posted a pair of three-hit games against Brescia (3-for-4, 2 runs on 4/1) and Missouri State (3-for-4, 2B on 4/12)...Also had a two-hit game vs. Gardner-Webb (2/24)...Went 4-for-8 (.500) in UE’s three-game series against Missouri State (4/11 - 4/13).

2007 – Saw action in 35 games on the UE infield, with 25 starts...Also pitched in six games out of the UE bullpen...Drove in a season-high three runs vs. Chicago State (2/23)...Went 2-for-3 with his first career home run at Murray State (3/6)...Struck out a season-high five men in 2.1 IP vs. Southern Indiana (4/4).

Background – A 14th round draft pick of the Seattle Mariners in the 2006 MLB draft...A 2006 Louisville Slugger Honorable Mention High School All-American after hitting .401 with 11 home runs and 52 RBI and going 9-3 on the mound...Helped North Posey to its second-straight Class 2A state title in 2006...Named the Evansville Courier & Press Southwestern Indiana Player of the Year as a senior...An accounting major...Chose UE because of the academics and baseball program.
