At Jefferson College – Named Jefferson’s team MVP as a freshman after excelling both on the mound and in the field...Went 5-0 with a 2.78 ERA and 47 strikeouts in 45.1 innings of work for the Vikings as a freshman...Also hit .314 with 11 doubles, 10 home runs, and 47 RBI...Played in the inaugural NJCAA Freshman All-Star Series in Millington, Tennessee in 2007...Earned a medical redshirt during the 2008 season at Jefferson.
