2011 ? Second Team All-Missouri Valley Conference…MVC All-Tournament Team…Honorable Mention Preseason All-Conference Team…Started all 20 matches in UE’s backfield…Totaled four shots and two shots on goal…Took a season-high two shots, including one on goal in UE’s semifinal match vs. Illinois State (11/4) in the Missouri Valley Conference Tournament…Recorded one shot on goal in UE’s 2-2 tie with UT Martin (9/18) and one shot at Indiana State (10/19)…Helped pilot the Aces’ defense to five shutouts, including three consecutively en route to a semifinal appearance in the MVC Tournament.

2010 – Honorable Mention All-Missouri Valley Conference...team leader on defense...excellent marking back...good distributor of the ball...one of the most experienced players on the squad.

2009 – Versatile veteran player who played in the midfield and on defense...starter in each of the last six matches...veteran who provided the Aces with stability in the defensive half...assisted on Abby Guerra’s goal against Morehead State Sept. 6.

2008 – One of the first players off the bench as a freshman...solid defensive midfielder who often came into the lineup for Kellee Widener...showed good ball skills and poise.

High School/Club – Four-time all-state selection, including first team as a junior and senior... Fiesta Region Conference Offensive MVP...totaled 15 goals and 18 assists in her senior year, and led Gilbert to 5A state finals...led team to four straight league titles... four-year letterwinner in soccer and swimming.

Personal – Samantha Terese Conrad...born August 22, 1990 in Charleston, West Virginia...daughter of James and Terri Conrad...has one sister and one brother...majoring in exercise science.

Why UE? – “The campus is very beautiful, and the soccer team is good. The girls were very nice and Coach convinced me.”
