2011: Ran a PR in the Mid-America Opener (20:37) and placed 20th...notched a PR next time out, completing the EIU Open in a time of 27:38 to finish 79th...ran his second 8-K race under 28 minutes at the Greater Louisville Classic, notching a 27:48.

2010: Saw action in five meets during junior season...set his top time in the 6-K UE Mid-America Opener, coming in at 20:46...set his top time over eight kilometers at the Evansville Invitational, logging a time of 28:44...ran a 30:06 at the Indiana Intercollegiate.

2009:  Ran in five of UE’s eight meets as a sophomore...set new personal-best times in both the 6K (20:56.88) and 8K (28:47.55) events...cut over two minutes off of his previous-best 8K time in the season’s first 8K race at the EIU Panther Open (28:47.55-8K)...best individual finish was 27th at the Mid-America Opener (20:56.88-6K)...also competed in the Indiana Intercollegiate Open Race (29:43.30-8K), the Saluki Invitational (30:22.00-8K) and the UE Invite (30:36.38-8K)...earned the MVC Commissioner’s Academic Excellence Award for his work in the classroom.

2008:  Competed in six of UE’s eight meets as a freshman...posted a season-best 8K time of 31:22.99 in his final meet of the year, the UE Invitational...best individual finish of the year was 43rd at the Tennessee Tech Invite...earned a place on the MVC’s Academic Honor Roll for his work in the classroom.

Background:  Competed in cross country at Floyd Central High School...earned the National Guard Academic and Athletic Award...graduated in the Top 10 percent of his class, while being a member of the National Honors Society...is a third generation college athlete, as his grandfather, Milton Lamm, wrestled at Indiana and his father, William, played baseball at Rollins College in Florida...majoring in finance.

Why UE?:  Academics above all and the size.  I knew I would attend UE before I knew I could run on the cross country team.
