2012-13: Tournament play saw Edens go 1-3 in singles efforts...her win came over Lauren Schaper of SEMO, 6-2, 6-3, in the Austin Peay Fall Tournament...was victorious in dual play over Charleston, topping Cache Yates, 6-2, 6-3...Final records: Tournament Singles - 1-3, Dual Singles - 1-0.

2011-12: Saw extended action in the fall, going 0-7 in singles and 1-5 doubles, doubles win came at the Kentucky Invitational...played in one spring match at USI, falling in three sets to Alyssa Hoover (7-5, 1-6, 6-10).

High School: Was a four-year letterwinner in tennis and track at Casey-Westfield...named team captain and MVP in both junior and senior campaigns...won sectionals as a sophomore before finishing second as a junior and senior.

Personal: Kelsey Edens...born in Mattoon, Ill. where she attended Casey-Westfield High School...daughter of Kurt and Brenda Edens...has two older brothers (Weston and Michael)...majoring in biology.
