2009: Played and started in every game but two…led the team in service aces with 20…second on the team with 2.73 kills per set and 3.10 digs per set…ranked 10th in kills per set and 13th in digs per set in the conference…third on the team with 303 total kills…recorded 11 double-doubles, including the first four games of the season…had 17 double-digit kills and 16 double-digit digs games…named to the Memphis Invitational All-Tournament Team after totaling three double-doubles in three games with a total of 51 digs, 37 kills, four service aces and four blocks (8/28-8/29)…received Bearcats Invitational All-Tournament accolades after recording a career-high 24 kills and 13 digs versus Youngstown State (9/5)…set a career-high 25 digs at Illinois State (10/30)…tied her career high in digs after tallying 25 digs in 3-2 win over Southern Illinois (11/20).

2008: Played in all 32 matches in her freshman campaign…led the team with 278 kills…tied Jessica Kiefer (’98) with 1,033 attempts, ninth most for a single season at UE…posted nine double-doubles during the season…named to the all-tournament team at Holly Young Invitational…named the MVC Freshman of the Week (10/6)…posted a team season-high 22 kills against Southern Illinois (9/26)…finished in the top-25 in the conference in kills per set (2.43), digs per set (3.07), and points per set (2.77)…tallied 15 kills and 15 digs in the Aces’ first ever win over Northern Iowa (11/1).

At Ursuline: Four-year varsity starter at Ursuline Academy...helped lead the Lions to a sectional championship in 2007...voted to the all-city first team as a senior...named one of the top-250 Senior Aces by Prepvolleyball.com...named to the All-Ohio first team.

Personal: Brooke Katelyn Maher...born March 2, 1990...daughter of Don and Donna Maher...has one older brother, Christopher...majoring in elementary education.
