Biography
2014-15: Wrapped up his career at the University of Evansville with his top season…was one of the finalists in the Dark Horse Dunker competition…played in 34 games as a senior while making six starts…almost led UE to a win over Green Bay, tying his season mark with 13 points on a 5-6 shooting day…also registered 13 at Southern Illinois, downing 6 of his 7 attempts…made his first start of the season at Loyola, scoring six points in 20 minutes as the Aces earned the win over the Ramblers…performed admirably in his starts, leading the Aces to a 4-2 mark as injuries helped him gain more playing time…was a force in the CIT contest at Louisiana, scoring 12 points while hitting 5 of his 8 shots to lead UE to the win…scored eight points, hitting all three attempts versus UT Martin…shot an unbelievable 73.7% from the field on the season.
2013-14: Continued to improve in his third season...set a new season high with 137 points...shot an impressive 57.6% from the field...completed the season second on the squad with 14 blocks...began the season with 6 points on a 3-3 shotting effort against Martin Methodist...first double-digit outing came against Murray State, posted 10 points on a 5-8 shooting day while hauling in 5 rebounds and a career-best 3 steals...set his career mark with 14 points in home outing versus Indiana State, was 4-5 from the floor while hitting six out of eight free throws (both his career high)...played in his high of 28 minutes at Loyola and finished with 11 points on 4/5 shooting.
2012-13: Played in 35 out of 36 games in his sophomore campaign at UE…improved greatly from his freshman season, averaging 3.5 points per game…after scoring 30 points total as a freshman, posted 123 as a sophomore…scored 7 points while hitting 3-4 shots against Western Illinois…notched 9 tallies in win over Tennessee Tech before setting career mark with 10 against Alabama A&M where he hit five out of six attempts…tied his mark with 10 against Alabama State…registered nine points in games at Creighton and at home against Southern Illinois…blocked a career-best three shots in road contest at Drake…notched six rebounds in win over Tennessee State in the CIT, setting his career mark.
2011-12: Made appearances in 22 games as a freshman while making a start against North Carolina A&T…hit 10 out of 14 shots on the season while averaging 1.4 PPG and 1.0 rebounds…scored five points against Southern Illinois hitting both field goal attempts…set season mark with six points on a perfect 3-3 day vs. Bradley while tying mark with four boards…also had four rebounds in road game at Creighton where he played a career-best 21 minutes.
At Olive Branch: Averaged 16.9 points, 9.6 rebounds and four blocked shots per game as a senior at Olive Branch High School, and was a second team all-state selection as a senior...an all-conference and all-region selection as a junior and senior...four-year letterwinner...helped lead Olive Branch Conquistadors to three District championships.
