2014: Emerged as one of UE's top three runners in her senior season...entering the season, her PR was 21:01.04 in the 5K...as a senior, each of her 5K races were faster than her record...opened the year with a 20:32.09 at Belmont before taking a 49th/132 with a 20:47.09 at the EIU Open...ran her first race under 20 minutes at the Greater Louisville Classic (19:42.52) before going even faster at the UE Invitational where she took 9th place with her time of 19:41.6...5K PR came in the MVC Championship with a 19:34.89 before setting her 6K mark at the NCAA's with a 23:57.

2013: Ran the opening six races of the season for the Aces...set her 5K PR at the UE Invitational with a time of 21:01.04 as she finished 47th...began the season with a 29th at the Mid-America Opener, running a time of 18:02.19...top 5K finish was at the Fleet Foot Invitational, ran a 21:26.5.

2012: Sophomore season began with a PR in the Mid-America Opener as her 17:07.67 as 15th...came in 69th/115 at the EIU Open with a 21:06.00..placed 92nd out of 339 in the silver race at the Greater Louisville Classic (21:00.03)...notched a 21st place finish at the Tennessee Tech Invitational...set her PR in the 5K has her 20:55.30 was 31st at the UE Invitational...ran a 26:15 in the NCAA's.

2011: Logged times in four events as a freshman, including an 18:49 to finish 38th in the Mid-America Opener...ran a 21:31 en route to an 80th place finish at the EIU Open...set her PR with a 21:28 in the 5-K Greater Louisville Classic to finish in 104th out of 257.

Background:  Played basketball and soccer while running cross country at Lyons Township...named a Western-Suburban Conference Honorable Student-Athlete for cross country and soccer...was Rookie of the Year for cross country in 2010...ran the Fastest Pace Per Mile that season...one of her top outings in high school as at the Palatine Invite, a 2.5-mile JV race where she finished in a time of 16:18 to place 18th out of 455 runners, her pace of 6:31 per mile was one of her top efforts.

Why UE?:  I chose UE because I appreciated the friendliness of the faculty, the advantages of the smaller student-to-teacher ratio in classrooms, the generosity of scholarships and the programs offered in Education and Archaeology.
