2016: Was limited to one race in 2016, finishing the 5K UE Invitational in a time of 22:00.6.
Background: Played three sports at Frankfort including cross country, track and swimming all four years...earned several accolades with cross country including: Scholar Award (2010-11), Sportsmanship Award (2009-11), Most Valuable Player (2010-11), All-Conference (freshman and sophomore) and All-County (all four years)...top performance came as a senior when she set her PR of 20:34 while qualifying for semi-states...parents are Fernando and Alma Torres, has two brothers; Edgar and Irvin.
