2019: Took part in four races during senior season…first race came in 5K Austin Peay where he finished a season-best 13th with a time of 15:40.0…set his 8K PR at the Fast Cats Classic, running a 27:31 on his way to a 47th place finish…placed 40th at the UE Invitational, setting a time of 27:45.3.
2018: Ran in four races…debuted with a 21:22 at the 6K Austin Peay Invitational finishing a season-best 22nd…his top 8K time was a 28:49 at the UE Invitational where he finished in 52nd.
2017: Did not compete.
2016: Injury limited him to one race in freshman season as he ran a 30:27.6 in the 8K UE Invitational at Angel Mounds…he finished 53rd in that event.
Prior to UE: Top 5K time in high school was a 16:41 in the Regionals in 2015…was 2012 Rookie of the Year…named the MVP in 2013 and 2014…won the 2015 Academic Award and was All-State Honorable Mention, Academic All-State Honorable Mention and Team Captain.
Personal: Son of Phil and Diane Dzienciol…born in Evansville, Ind…went to Princeton Community High School where he had a 4.0 GPA.
