2010 – Saw action in 58 of UE’s 59 games with 55 starts in right field as a junior...Earned honorable mention all-MVC status...Hit a career-best .283 with 16 doubles, three triples, six home runs, 41 RBI and 46 runs scored...Also ranked third on the team with 13 stolen bases...Ranked eighth in the MVC in doubles with 16...Hit .333 in MVC play with seven of his 16 doubles and four of his six home runs...Ranked fourth in the MVC in league play in both on-base percentage (.477) and home runs (four)...Hit two home runs in UE’s series against Indiana State (including one against second-round draft pick Jacob Petricka, who allowed just three all season)...Also homered at Creighton (5/2) in MVC play...Went 3-for-5 with three doubles and two RBI at Southern Illinois (5/14)...Had four doubles and hit .417 (5-for-12) in the series vs. SIU...Hit a key grand slam and drove in a career-best five RBI in UE’s 9-5 victory over league co-champion Illinois State (5/22)...Went 2-for-4 with a double, two runs scored and two RBI in UE’s 7-2 victory over Missouri State in the State Farm MVC Tournament (5/27).

2009 – Played in 49 games, with 42 starts in both right field (41) and designated hitter (one)...Hit .242 with six doubles and 15 RBI...Opened the year with a career-best 12-game hitting streak in which he hit .386 (17-for-44) with three doubles and six runs scored from 2/25 to 3/15...Had five of his 10 multi-hit games on the season in the hit streak...Went a season-best 3-for-4 vs. Creighton (4/4)...Led the team with 26 walks...Reached 41.9 percent of the time when leading off an inning (18-for-43).

2008 – Played in 51 games, with 46 starts in the UE outfield and at designated hitter (4 GS)...Saw a majority of his action in center field (27 GS), but also played both left (2 GS) and right (13 GS) field...Hit .243 with eight doubles, a triple, a home run, and 17 RBI...Ranked fourth on the team with eight doubles...Finished the year strong, hitting .324 (11-for-34) with five doubles and seven RBI over his final 10 games...Posted 10 multi-hit games overall...Launched his first career home run in UE’s 6-3 win over UNC-Asheville (3/8).

Background – One of the top players in Ontario at Cardinal Leger Secondary School...Listed among the Toronto Star’s Top 25 players to watch in the province in 2007...Helped his provincial team to the 2007 Canada Cup title...Also participated in the 2006 Mickey Mantle World Series...A two-time team MVP...Starting centerfielder for the Ontario Blue Jays travel squad...Went 3-for-7 with a double, a run scored, and three RBI against UE in a pair of exhibition games for the Ontario Blue Jays in 2007...A finance major...Chose UE because “I love the atmosphere and the courses offered by the school.”
