Plyometric Movements: Box Jumps

Instructions

Start with the feet slightly outside shoulder width, initiate the jump by pushing the hips back, shifting the weight to heels and bringing both arms to the fully retracted position keeping an upright posture, explosively jump and tuck the knees in front of the body landing evenly on the box. Common Error is not using the arms effectively to jump.
