Plyometric Movements: Split Squat Jumps

Instructions

Distribute the weight evenly between the legs keeping an upright posture, have a slow and controlled descend bending both legs, explosively jump in the air using the arms and feet evenly.  Switch the legs in the air landing with the opposite foot forward and catching soft and controlled before ascending into the following jump. Common Error is putting too much weight on front foot and failing to use the arms effectively.
