Mobility Specific Movements: Rack Duck Unders

Instructions

Start standing with a wide stance to the side of a safety catch bar located at or just above hip height. Having one leg staggered under the bar, initiate the movement by pushing the hips back and down and shifting the body under the bar while maintaining an upright posture returning to the standing position on the opposite side of the safety catch. Common Error is not dropping the hips enough and bending at the lower back.
