Mobility Specific Movements: Terminal Knee Extension With Band

Instructions

Wrap a band around a fixed point and place the leg inside the band. With the band around the back side of the knee, keeping the knee flexed and the heel off the ground, pull away from the fixed point placing a great deal of tension on band. With the toe now in a fixed position and high tension is on the band, complete repetitions by push the heel into the ground extending the knee fully then flexing it to the original position. Common Error is not putting enough tension on the band prior to initiating the movement.
