Mobility Specific Movements: T-Raise Thumbs Up / Thumbs Down

Instructions

On a bench at 45 degree angle from the floor, lay chest down with arms straight out, set the shoulders down and back while keeping the head down.  Maintaining the straight arm position, raise the arms to the side t with either the thumb straight up or straight down, placing emphasis on activating the shoulder and upper back.
