Plyometric Movements: Knee To Feet To Tuck Jumps

Instructions

Start on knees, keep chest up, push the hips back while maintaining an upright posture, explosively bring the hips through and landing on the feet in a ready position then explosively transition into a jump and tuck the knees in front of the body and the highest point possible followed by a soft, toe to heel landing with the hips back to finish.
