Core & Other Posterior Chain Movements: Alternating Bird Dogs

Instructions

Starting on hands and knees with a flat back and head down position. Initiate by elevating right arm and left leg to the fully extended position. Hold this position for 1-3 seconds then return to the original starting position while not allowing the back to move. Then perform the exact same movement only with the left arm and right leg. Common Error is allowing the back to twist during the transition of right to left.
