Core & Other Posterior Chain Movements: Front Bridge

Instructions

Place the forearms on the ground so the palms are facing each other.  Position the body so it forms a straight line.  Engage the core by pulling the belly button into the spine and keep the butt tight.  The heels of the feet should be pointing toward the ceiling.  Common Error:  Letting the hips come up too high or dropping them too low.
