Core & Other Posterior Chain Movements: Side Bridge

Instructions

Place one forearm on the ground at 90 degrees and position the body so it is horizontal to the ground in a straight line with all of the weight on the forearm.  Rest the other hand on the hip.  Stack the feet on top of each other, focusing the contraction on the obliques and keeping the body in a straight line.  Common Error:  Letting the hips drop.
