Bench & Bench Variation: Blast Strap Push-Up

Instructions

Set the blast straps about 6 inches off the ground and shoulder width apart.  Grasp each strap and begin in the push up position. While maintaining a stable posture, lower the body under control between the straps, keeping the elbows at 45 degrees until the upper arm reaches parallel to the floor. Press the body back into the original starting position. Common Error is not keeping a tight posture throughout the movement.
