Core & Other Posterior Chain Movements: Hanging Knee-Ups

Instructions

Grasp the bar slightly outside shoulder width with palms forward.  Bring the shoulders down and back. Using the abs, curl the hips up so the knees rise close to the chest.  Keeping the core tight and shoulders set in place, lower under control until the legs are straight.  Common Error:  Not keeping the shoulders set and swinging during the movement.
