Instructions
Start with bench in front and place the palm of the non lifting hand flat on top of the bench. Bend slightly at the knees, keep back straight and chest up with no movement in the torso. With dumbbell in the other hand, pull up, bending at the elbow, keeping the movement close to the side of the body. Ensure flexion at the elbow reaches 90 degrees when lifting. The inside of the elbow should brush the side of the torso. Common Error: Bending the back and twisting the torso while lifting.
