Row & Row Variation: Pull-Ups

Instructions

Grasp the bar slightly wider than shoulder width with palms facing away from face.  With wrist and elbow in line, or slightly wider, actively squeeze the back and lats to pull the chin in line, or slightly over, the bar.  Lower under control until arms are fully extended.  Keep core tight throughout.  Common Error:  Not keeping tension throughout the entire movement and relaxing at the bottom.
